They show him handing Crusoe the county&amp;#39;s unreleased abatement checklist 74 minutes before a resident was told it didn&amp;#39;t exist, designing the road for Crusoe&amp;#39;s construction traffic in private, floating a plan to move neighbors&amp;#39; fences, and pointing Crusoe at a Chamber fundraiser.
